Meet Your Therapist
“Honoring your story with
compassion, clarity, and cultural understanding”
I’m Leish L. Robles, the founder of Feelosophy Counseling Services. I am a licensed bilingual (English/Spanish) therapist specializing in trauma-informed, attachment-focused, and culturally responsive care. I can support you with navigating stressors, trauma, relationships, and life transitions.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and deeply respectful of each person’s life story and experiences. I integrate a variety of evidenced-based therapeutic approaches.
I provide therapy between children and their parents, and individual therapy to adolescents and adults throughout Connecticut. I have clinical experience providing individual and group therapy. I have experience providing care in mental health outpatient, inpatient, and community-based settings.
Healing is emotional, cultural, relational, and very personal. I believe therapy is a collaborative journey—one that begins with understanding and grows through connection, curiosity, and compassion. Therapy is a space where healing can begin with understanding — and I’m here to walk that journey with you.
