1. Nature of Services
Services provided are Telehealth mental health counseling for clients located in Connecticut.
Website content is educational only and does not replace therapy.
No crisis, legal, medical, or court-related services are provided.

2. Telehealth
Sessions occur through secure platforms.
Clients agree to join from a private, quiet space and use a stable internet connection (Client Portal Terms of Service).

3. Scheduling & Cancellations
Please cancel or reschedule 24 hours in advance.
Late cancellations or no-shows are billed at the full session rate (insurance does not cover missed sessions).
One courtesy waiver per year is offered.

4. Payments & Insurance
Clients are responsible for copays, deductibles, and fees not covered by insurance.
A card on file is required for billing and cancellation fees.

5. Privacy & Confidentiality
Information is protected under HIPAA and state law.
Confidentiality may be broken only when legally required (safety risks, abuse, court orders).
Email and website forms are not HIPAA-secure; sensitive information should be shared only through the client portal.

6. Third-Party Services
The Practice uses third-party platforms for scheduling, telehealth, payments, and documentation.
These services have their own privacy and security policies, and the Practice is not responsible for issues caused by client devices, networks, or external platforms.

7. Crisis Situations
This practice does not provide emergency services.
For emergencies, contact 988, 211, 911, or go to your nearest ER.

8. No Guarantees or Warranties
Website information is provided as-is for educational purposes.
Using this site does not create a therapist–client relationship.

9. Intellectual Property
All text, logos, and materials on this site are the property of Feelosophy Counseling Services, LLC and may not be copied without permission.

10. Changes to Terms
