All sessions are provided via secure, HIPAA-compliant Telehealth.
A stable internet connection and private location are required. SimplePractice is a secure, HIPAA-compliant electronic health record (EHR) platform used for scheduling, documentation, and telehealth sessions. The platform protects client information through encrypted data storage, secure messaging, and industry-standard privacy safeguards. While SimplePractice maintains strict security measures, clients should avoid sharing sensitive information via email or non-secure channels outside the platform.

Confidentiality
Your information is confidential except in situations where safety or legal requirements apply. These limits will be reviewed during your intake session. This practice follows HIPAA
privacy standards and protects your information according to federal and state regulations (Client Portal Privacy Policy).
Email & Messaging Policy
Email is used only for scheduling and administrative communication.
Clinical questions must be addressed during sessions.
Cancellation Policy
I value your time and commitment to therapy, and I reserve your session just for you.
If something comes up, please cancel or reschedule 24 hours in advance.
Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full session fee, since insurance cannot be billed for missed appointments.
Every client receives one grace pass per year, and true emergencies are always handled with understanding.

Accepted insurance plans vary depending on platform (Headway/Alma).
Self-pay rates available upon request.
